An overview of recent gamma-ray diagnostic measurements of energetic ions in JET is presented. Observations of nuclear reaction gamma rays involving 3He and H minority ICRF-heating-ions and other fuel elements and plasma impurities are presented and analysed. Further development of the gamma-diagnostics is discussed.
