Understanding the plasma transport properties is one of the most important and challenging objectives of current tokamak research. In spite of intensive effort in recent years {4}, there is still no fully convincing theory, nor a consensus on which of the competing physical processesis dominant. Experimental evidence, and its comparison with theoretical predictions, is thus of prime importance.
