Effects of Sawteeth on Neutron Emissivity Profiles in Ohmic Discharges
A recent theoretical model for sawtooth-induced redistribution of plasma ions in Tokamak plasmas is used to predict the concomitant changes in the 2.5MeV neutron emission from ohmically heated deuterium plasmas in JET. A comparison with recent experimental results shows good agreement.
