Radial transport in a tokamak Scrape Off Layer (SOL) is important in determining a number of aspects of tokamak operation including recycling,impurity sources and transport,divertor dynamics,and potentially playing a role in the determining the density limit.This work represents an initial effort to apply an interpretive method to JET plasmas to determine the underlying radial fluxes and transport in the outer SOL.
